Get Ready for Change – Thursday 2nd March
Do you struggle with your weight?
Have you tried to lose weight but struggled to keep going with changes?
Have you been told to lose weight but feel you need more motivation to change?
Changing habits is hard – losing weight and making lifestyle changes are no exception. There is a FREE course called Get ready for change which can help you become more motivated to change and will show you how to overcome some of the obstacles to weight loss. It is run by a member of the psychology service with one session run by a dietician.
- Thinking about change
- Mental blocks, thinking patterns and emotions
- Dealing with cravings
- Healthy, balanced eating
The next course will start on Thursday 2nd March from 6.30pm – 8.30pm.
The course is being held at The Coast Resource Centre, Diamond Batch, Locking Castle, W-s-M BS24 7FY
Each sessions last for 2 hours and the course runs for 6 weeks
Please note: We ask that people have a BMI of between 25-40; you can calculate your BMI at www.nhs.uk/BMI. Please can you confirm your BMI in special requirements.
